I didn't feel like leaving, spent really enjoyable time and can recommend. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and overall the room was clean. Location: the hotel was next to McKinney, TX. And it was at a medium distance from Church's Chicken, ate there couple of times.

The breakfast they served was a treat for the taste buds - homemade cinnamon rolls, fresh fruit, eggs, bacon, and their special cheese jalapeno grits. The grounds were beautifully landscaped with well-manicured gardens and native plants. Sitting on the private balcony of my room, listening to the birds chirping, was pure bliss. I highly recommend this bed and breakfast for a peaceful and memorable stay.

This charming B&B is within walking distance of the historic downtown square, a perfect location with many shops, restaurants, and churches. the area is peaceful and has beautiful Pecan and ornamental trees. the rooms are clean and beautifully decorated with unique touches such as claw-footed bathtubs, balconies, and huge double hung windows. Guests rave about the delicious breakfast with fresh fruit, cinnamon rolls, homemade biscuits, eggs, bacon. the Innkeepers are welcoming and will make you feel right at home.
